Hi everyone!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a Word of Worlds that features three simple questions to give you an idea of how my reading week has gone.

What are you currently reading?

I’m still reading Into the Drowning Deep by Mira Grant and Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow by Yuval Noah Harari, same as last week so I won’t go into much detail on those.

However, I’ve been reading a bunch of Halloween Romances since Halloween. I know the holiday is already over but I’m loving these and flying through them so I’m going to enjoy the ride while it lasts. Right now I’m reading Her Halloween Treat by Tiffany Reisz and so far it’s a bit cheesy but entertaining and fun which is what I’m looking for.

What did you recently finished?

Like I said, I’m on a high with these romane novellas so the last two I finished are Lights Out by Jodie Beau and Mating the Huntress by Talia Hibbert. Lights Out was super short and not my favorite, I would say pretty average. It had a really sweet romance between two single parents but there was unnecessary girl hate that I didn’t appreciate.

Mating the Huntress was phenomenal, it is a paranormal romance with werewolves. I loved the writing, I loved the plot, I loved the characters, their chemistry, banter, smutty scenes, EVERYTHING. I was really excited to see that this was a series. Unfortunately, we don’t have a title nor a publishing date for the second book just yet so I’m going to have to wait for a while. I highly recommend this though!

What will you read next?

If my desire to only read romance continues I might pick-up some full length novels instead of novellas. If it doesn’t and I focus on finishing my current reads and sticking to my TBR, I’ll pick up Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare like I said last week.

How was your week? Did you have a good Halloween? Let me know! Also, I know this goes up during election day in US so good luck!

Until next time,
